MEET YOUR PUBLIC ADJUSTER

A real person reviewing the real documents.

I’m Taner Monda, a licensed Florida public adjuster with Omega Public Adjusting. I represent property owners—not the insurance carrier—throughout the property-claim process. I can assist from the initial reporting and documentation of a new loss or step in when an existing claim has been denied, delayed, underpaid, or scoped for an incomplete repair.

My role is to inspect, document, estimate, organize, and communicate the claimed scope of loss. The goal is to give you one knowledgeable point of contact while helping you understand the carrier’s decisions and the available next steps.

HELP FROM THE BEGINNING

You don’t have to navigate the claim alone.

If your property was recently damaged and you have not filed the insurance claim yet, I can help you begin the process in an organized way. We can review what happened, document the visible damage, report the loss, prepare the supporting information, and communicate with the insurance company throughout the claim.

Instead of trying to coordinate inspections, estimates, photographs, carrier requests, and follow-up communications by yourself, you can have one point of contact helping you understand what is happening and what comes next.

Initial damage review

Discuss what happened, when the damage occurred, what areas were affected, and what immediate steps may be needed to protect the property.

Inspection coordination

Coordinate with the insurance company and attend applicable property inspections so the documented damage can be presented and discussed.

The property owner remains responsible for complying with the insurance policy, protecting the property from additional damage, providing requested information, and participating in required claim activities.

Claim reporting assistance

Receive help organizing the information needed to report the loss accurately and begin the insurance-claim process.

Estimate and claim support

Prepare and submit estimates, photographs, reports, invoices, and other documentation supporting the claimed scope of property damage.

Call 321-497-5199

Damage documentation

Document the affected roof, exterior, interior, contents, or other areas of the property with photographs, measurements, notes, and supporting information.

Carrier communication

Help manage claim-related communication, respond to requests, track the carrier’s position, and keep the property owner informed throughout the process.

Your claim was denied

Your property was recently damaged and you want help documenting the loss and beginning the claim in an organized way.

WHEN A SECOND LOOK MAKES SENSE

Your carrier made a decision. Let’s understand what it means.

I review the decision letter, carrier estimate, photographs, repair scope, and the facts of the loss to ensure your documented damage is properly valued.

The payment feels too low

The estimate leaves out rooms, trades, quantities, code items, or the full repair scope. We ensure every documented dollar is accounted for.

You received a repair scope

The proposed repair may not match the documented damage or what is required to complete the work. We provide a full replacement scope.

The claim has stalled

You are waiting for a decision, an estimate, a reinspection, or a meaningful response. We provide the professional expertise to move forward.

SIMPLE, PERFORMANCE-BASED PRICING

No upfront public-adjuster fee. I get paid from the recovery.

My fee is a percentage of the insurance proceeds recovered through my work. There are no upfront public-adjuster fees or hourly bills. If I do not recover new insurance proceeds for you, you owe no public-adjuster fee.

10%

Declared-emergency claims

For claims arising from an event covered by a Florida governor-declared state of emergency and made within one year after the declaration, the public-adjuster fee is limited to 10% of applicable insurance proceeds.

20%

Most other property claims

For most claims that are not subject to the declared-emergency limitation, the public-adjuster fee is 20% of applicable insurance proceeds recovered through the public adjuster’s work.

$0 UPFRONT · NO HOURLY BILLS · NO NEW RECOVERY, NO PA FEE

For an existing, reopened, or supplemental claim, the fee is based only on applicable new insurance proceeds obtained through my work after the public-adjusting agreement is signed—not money the carrier paid or agreed to pay beforehand. The policy deductible is not included when calculating the public-adjuster fee.

Fee limitations and calculations are governed by Florida law and the written public-adjusting agreement. Certain statutory exceptions may apply, including claims paid at policy limits, payments made or agreed to before the public-adjusting contract, additional living expenses, and other claim-specific circumstances.

WHY START EARLY?

A more organized claim starts with better documentation.

Beginning the process with a public adjuster may help reduce confusion about what to photograph, what information to save, what documents to request, and how to communicate the claimed damage. It also gives the homeowner one point of contact who can help track the claim and explain what is happening.

Document the property before repairs change the visible conditions.

Organize estimates, photographs, invoices, and carrier correspondence.

Prepare for insurance-company inspections and requests.

Keep the homeowner informed without requiring them to manage every detail alone.

Early involvement does not guarantee coverage or payment. Every claim remains subject to its individual facts, policy terms, exclusions, conditions, deductibles, and the insurance carrier’s investigation.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you request a review

Can you review a claim that has already been paid?

Yes. A prior payment does not necessarily mean everything was paid correctly. I can review the carrier’s estimate, payment letters, and supporting documents to help you understand what was covered and what may still be in dispute.

What if the carrier denied the entire claim?

Send the denial letter, estimate, photographs, and related documents. I can review the carrier’s position, compare it with the documented damage, and discuss possible next steps.

Do you only handle roof claims?

No. I assist with roof, wind, hail, water, fire, and other covered property losses, subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.

Does requesting a review hire you automatically?

No. A phone call, email, or form submission does not automatically create a client relationship. We will first discuss your situation, review the available information, and decide together whether it makes sense to move forward.
